Tenerife, the so-called "island of eternal spring", is the largest of the seven main islands that form the Canary Islands. These beautiful islands, located off the western coast of Africa, might not be ideal for quick excursions to mainland Spain destinations, but they're perfect for island-hopping your way through the archipelago. From natural wonders to quaint towns, each island throws something different into the mix and warrants a visit!

When you study at our partner Spanish school in Tenerife, you'll have plenty of opportunities to discover all that these unique islands have to offer. In fact, one of the most popular activities we organize for our students is a two-day trip to the fascinating island of La Gomera, Tenerife's Canarian neighbor to the west which can be seen from coastline.
