Private apartments must be paid at the time of booking and in case of case of cancellation no refund or credit towards purchase of other products applies. Any cancellations made upon arrival in Spain will be charged at least 40% or more of the total reserved amount.

Prices are approximate and subject to surcharges during fairs, conventions, high season (from June to January and during Carnival), national/local holidays. Exact price quotes will be provided when requesting availability.

The accommodation is available from 12:00 noon on the Sunday prior to the first day of classes (Monday) until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of classes (Friday). Those students who, for any reason (i.e. flight schedule), need their accommodation to be available before or after the above mentioned dates will be charged for any extra days needed (max. 3 days). The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 4 or more additional days of accommodation. Enforex does not guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodation.

NOTE: Students should contact our central office in order to be informed about the place and the time to pick up the keys to their rooms. Students must respect all rules and regulations set by families, residences and shared flat administrations. If there is damage to the premises the student must pay the corresponding amount.
